GENERAL FACTS
SYNBOARDTM
is, as the name implies, synthetic board. SYNBOARD is an extruded, celuka
process cellular pvc product with uniform thickness throughout each piece, and
clean, sharp edges. The celuka process gives SYNBOARD its hard finish which
distinguishes it from much of its competition. The hard, celuka process finish
deters SYNBOARD from being damaged during handling and installation.
We started marketing SYNBOARD nearly a decade ago. We bring knowledge and
experience with this specific product category to the table. Let us share
SYNBOARD’s amazing potential with you.
SYNBOARD can be used in place of wood in virtually any non-stress bearing
application. SYNBOARD is available in both sheet and board stock. SYNBOARD is
produced in a wide range of thicknesses, widths and premium lengths up to 20
feet. Essentially all of the product is usable, practically eliminating waste.
SYNBOARD was introduced as a replacement for trim lumber, and can be used as
casing, soffit, fascia, sills, mouldings, headers, flat trim, rake boards,
frieze boards, and corner boards. SYNBOARD can be used in transoms, vented
louvers, and decorative columns, but that is only the beginning. Check out our
